Biography

Sian Cross is a singer/songwriter from the West Country with a mind-blowing voice. She’s paid her dues in the industry as a backing vocalist for Stevie Wonder, Jessie J, Daniel Beddingfield, Mica Paris and on X Factor. Today, as an artist in her own right, she’s recorded at Abbey Road Studios, sung in the Royal Albert Hall, appeared on national TV and recorded sessions for BBC Radio.

2015 was spent honing her live skills as well as writing and recording two EPs. Prestigious supports with Hue & Cry and the legendary Paul Carrack on his European tour have garnered much critical praise. This combined with a hectic UK festival programme has enabled her music to be heard by more people than ever before and they are loving it.

Her sound is intimate, drawing you in with true stories and then huge with soaring breaks and deadly synth tones all the time building an amazing platform from which her voice, powerful, pitch perfect and stunningly memorable delivers soulful melodies laced with poignancy, fear, hope and inspiration. Every performance is unique and every audience member feels like she is there just for them.

New releases in 2016 and more high profile gigs see Sian’s music making more friends everywhere.
